Controversial lobby group the Australian Vaccination Network has taken the Health Care Complaints Commission to the Supreme Court over a warning the watchdog issued about the vaccination website.
The notorious anti-vaccine AVN appears to be struggling financially. Stripped of its charity status (quite rightly in my view, as the misinformation they peddle is quite horrific), they can no longer run fundraising events and have been reduced to trying to re sell any pseudoscience product they can.
